ABOUT OUR NAME

The name Patriot Pilates is a tribute to Joseph Pilates' recognition of the plight of wounded soldiers of war. At Patriot Pilates, we want to recognize the wounded and afflicted PTSD veterans. We want to bring back his vision by offering to heal and strengthen today's soldiers through Patriot Pilates. His innovations were ahead of his time. We hope that Pilates studios all over the region join in this cause.
